HOW TO BECOME HEALTHIER

Today's topic is about healthy tips to achieve the body you always dreamed about. Although a healthy lifestyle is not just a nice body, you need a healthy mind and soul too.

From my experience, I can tell you that  results take a lot of time, dedication, perseverance and to be true to yourself. It's not about stop eating or being at the gym for 7 hours a day. You will need good habits and balance  them.

Dieting is always a boring thing to do, but nowadays you have so many options and information you can take ideas from. There are bloggers like me that share incredible recipes very simple to prepare, you just need to take notes.

The 10 basics dieting rules are:

-Drink a lot of water during your whole day.

-Green tea and lemons help you to burn fat.

-Food with fat ins't always bad, your body really need it.

-Cereals and seeds are a good source of fiber.

-Oat and eggs will help you to make muscule.

-White meats as chicken or fish is healthier than red meat.

-Fruit and vegetables have vitamins and minerals that your body, skin and hair really need to shine.

-Sweets and pasta will not help you to lose weight if you take too much.

-Coffee will calm your pain after a hard class at the gym.

-You can replace the sugar for a more natural product like honey.

It's my belief that you need determination and clear goals. Don't stress and try to make your day something productive. Go for it!!!!!!
